"I called the State Farm office of Mr. Schubert because he had sent me a letter after I had ask for an auto quote online. I spoke with Jessica and she is a true asset to his office. I was dealing with a dying brother and she was very patient with me and I had to schedule different phone calls because of my situation. She did whatever was necessary that still let me switch to State
