"Oh how I wish 0 stars was an option.. This place cancelled my auto insurance policy because they failed to ask about a wreck my wife had two years ago when I started with them. Not only did they cancel they thought they weren’t going to inform me of the cancellation and have me wait till my next months payment. Once I realized I changed back to Allstate whom I should have never left. It has now been over a month, and they still have not refunded the money for my policy, they did give me the refund for my wife’s car, but mine they’re literally holding it for keeps. They’ve asked for my declaration from my new company with my id cards and keep giving me the run around telling me other people cancelled their policies, and they can’t keep up with all of them. I wonder why! Probably because of the shady business practices? I could only guess. I have never had a simple refund take more than 5-7 days from any insurance company, or any company at all for that matter. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies. Let alone anyone I know."

"I forgot the name of the state farm person who called me. She first called me and said happy birthday. Afterwards, she doubled check on my information to make sure everything was correct. She didn't rush on anything like most companies do. I just turned 64 and I'm better in remembering faces than names. Please accept my apologies and hope the credit goes to the correct lady. I especially thank her for calling me to wish me a happy birthday. I'd recommend state farm insurance to anyone. Great job 👍 👌"
